Before we quote a larger candle order, we need one approved product specification: vessel, wax, fragrance, wick, label, box and export packing. Quantity alone is not enough to calculate a dependable price or delivery plan.

This route is intended for fragrance brands, retailers, gifting companies and distributors planning repeat or multi-SKU candle orders. If a suitable existing vessel and components fit the brief, private label development can start from 200 finished pieces per SKU. The vessel structure remains unchanged. New vessel shapes, molds or packaging structures are quoted separately.
A 200-piece starting order is usually built around an existing vessel, one fragrance direction, a label and selected packaging. At 2,000 pieces or more, we also need to plan wax and fragrance batches, wick consistency, packing speed, carton strength, inspection points and the delivery schedule. These details affect both price and repeatability.
The approved sample should record the vessel, fill weight, wax blend, fragrance dosage, wick, surface finish, label position and packaging. For scented candles, cold throw, hot throw and burn performance should be checked before bulk production. Appearance approval alone is not enough.
A suitable existing-vessel private label route can start from 200 finished pieces per SKU when the required components are available. Larger orders are scheduled after the product, SKU split, packaging specifications and material requirements are confirmed. Production time depends on the number of SKUs, component lead times, packing requirements and the current production schedule.
Our largest completed project was 1.15 million bottles produced in 25 days under a confirmed schedule. We use this only as a capacity reference; it is not the standard lead time for every order.
