What we need before a useful quotation

Send the product format, quantity per SKU, expected annual demand, target price range, branding and packaging request, destination country and required delivery date.

Customization scope

What brands can customize from 200 pieces per SKU

This starting route uses suitable existing vessels and components. It does not include changing the structural shape of a glass jar or bottle.

Existing vessel and available color

Select a suitable existing candle jar or diffuser bottle and confirm an available glass color, spray coating or other feasible finish. The neck, shoulder, diameter, capacity and molded pattern remain unchanged.

Fragrance, logo and packaging

Develop the fragrance direction and add approved logo decoration, labels and packaging. Each process is checked against the actual surface, quantity and component supplier requirements.

Finished SKU planning

MOQ is calculated by finished SKU. A different fragrance, vessel color, decoration or packaging combination may be treated as a separate SKU.
Full custom development

When a new vessel mold is required

A reference image can start the feasibility review, but it is not a production drawing.

The required shape is unavailable

A new mold is reviewed when existing suppliers cannot provide the same or a suitably close vessel for the project.

The structure must change

Changing the neck, shoulder, diameter, capacity or molded surface pattern requires structural development rather than a 200-piece logo route.

The project supports dedicated tooling

Mold MOQ, tooling cost, technical drawing, trial timing and ownership terms are confirmed separately. No universal mold quantity or schedule applies to every design.

The exact checks depend on the selected candle, reed diffuser or room spray project.

Production artwork

PNG and JPG files may be used for placement previews. Hot stamping, screen printing, labels and packaging normally require AI, EPS, SVG or an editable vector PDF. We can review buyer files or assist with production artwork before approval.

Decoration feasibility

Curvature, ribs and coatings can affect contact pressure and adhesion. We confirm the printable area and review the actual vessel before approving hot stamping or screen printing.

Product testing

Depending on the product, checks may cover diffuser formula and reeds, bottle neck and closure fit, leakage and inversion, or candle wick, flame, melt pool, vessel temperature and full-burn behavior.

Packaging structure

A visual rendering is not a production dieline. The printer needs a dimensioned structural file with cut, crease, glue, bleed and safe-area information based on the actual product and approved box.

Approved-version control

The approved sample records the vessel, fragrance, color, decoration, artwork and packaging version. Later changes may require revised files, plates, tooling, samples, cost and time.

Client confidentiality

Client names, logos, designs, fragrance information, prices and order records are not used for public promotion without clear written permission. Read our approach.

Price and MOQ depend on the product details below.

What affects the MOQ for reed diffusers and candles?

MOQ depends on product type, bottle or jar style, fragrance, label, box, printing method and whether the order uses existing components or custom packaging. A stock-bottle reed diffuser may start at a lower quantity; a custom bottle or printed box follows the component supplier's MOQ.

How is the price calculated?

Price is calculated from the product size, fragrance, bottle or candle jar, cap or wick, reeds, label, box, printing finish, quantity and destination country.

How do you confirm a fragrance direction?

We start with the target market, product type, fragrance intensity and reference scent. Candle samples are then checked for cold throw, hot throw and burn performance before the fragrance is approved.

Can you make products under my brand?

Yes. The quotation can include the fragrance, bottle or jar, logo, label, box, printing finish and sample. Compare the available logo routes and MOQ factors.

What should I prepare before asking for a quotation?

Send the product type, fragrance, bottle or jar size, quantity, logo or packaging requirement, target market and destination country.

How long does sample development usually take?

Candle, reed diffuser and room spray samples are usually developed in about one week after the specification is confirmed. New components, packaging and revisions can extend the schedule.

Can a small order use custom packaging?

An existing box with a custom label, sleeve or hangtag is usually the simplest route when suitable components are available. A custom printed box or new insert has separate artwork, setup, sample and MOQ requirements.

Is freight and customs included in every quotation?

No. Check the trade term and cost list. EXW, FOB and CIF are not complete door-to-door terms; a DAP or DDP quote must name the delivery address and included charges.

How do you calculate cartons per container?

We use carton dimensions, units per carton, gross weight, container type, product mix and loading plan. Container volume alone gives only a rough figure.

Warm fragrance directions

Oud, amber, musk, rose, sandalwood, incense, vanilla and woody blends can be sampled in the selected candle or diffuser format.

Gold logo and packaging detail

Gold foil logo, metallic label details, gift-box finish, artwork position and logo spelling should be checked before sampling, especially for private label launches.

Sampling before final pricing

Before sampling, we confirm fragrance direction, product format, logo details, label artwork, box structure, quantity and shipping requirements so the quotation is based on real specifications.

Order process

  1. Submit your RFQ with company or brand, product type, quantity per SKU, market, destination and launch date.
  2. We list the missing specifications, packaging details and information needed for pricing.
  3. Optional sampling and approval for label, box, fragrance direction and display presentation.
  4. Production time depends on quantity, product type, packaging and factory schedule. Our largest completed production project reached 1.15 million bottles in 25 days under its agreed schedule; this does not set the lead time for a new order.
