Private label corporate candles for gifts and branded programs
Custom logo candles can carry a company's identity into client thank-you gifts, event gifts, employee programs, hotel welcome gifts and real-estate handover packs. Lumen Narrate supports development from private label on suitable existing vessels to full OEM/ODM, with the fragrance, artwork and packaging reviewed together. The existing-vessel route starts from 200 finished pieces per SKU when suitable components are available; custom vessels and components are assessed separately.
What can be customized
- Logo and artwork: printing, hot stamping or labels, subject to the vessel surface, printable area and order quantity. Send AI, EPS, SVG or an editable vector PDF for production review; PNG and JPG files can help with placement previews.
- Vessel and wax: choose a suitable existing jar and wax option, or submit a vessel reference for full custom development. Changes to the vessel structure require a separate feasibility and tooling review.
- Fragrance: use your brand's tone, audience, occasion and scent references to develop a shortlist. Confirm the fragrance in the selected wax, wick and vessel before approval.
- Printed cartons and gift boxes: review the box structure, print finish and protective insert against the actual candle. Packaging components have their own minimums.
- Greeting-card inserts: add an approved thank-you message, event card or employee-gift note, with artwork, dimensions and packing position confirmed during sampling.

Quantities and routes
Existing vessels: from 200 finished pieces per SKU when suitable vessels and components are available. This route keeps the vessel structure unchanged while reviewing the available finish, fragrance, logo and packaging.
Full custom OEM/ODM: a new vessel shape, mold or dedicated component is quoted after the project review. Tooling cost, component minimums and development timing depend on the design.
Plan the quantity by finished SKU. A different fragrance, vessel color, decoration or packaging combination may create a separate SKU; two fragrances at 200 pieces each mean 400 finished candles. We confirm the sample and artwork before bulk production so both teams work from the same approved reference.
Sampling and timeline
Start with the occasion, quantity per SKU, target market, vessel reference, fragrance direction, logo files, packaging idea and required arrival date. We review the available components and prepare the sample scope before development.
A straightforward sample is often prepared in about one week after the specification and payment are settled. New molds, custom packaging, unavailable components or revision rounds can extend that schedule. Bulk production time is confirmed after the sample, artwork, order quantity, material availability, packaging and production schedule are known.
Record the approved vessel, wax, wick, fragrance, artwork version and packaging as the production reference. Keep production time separate from freight and final delivery when planning an event date. Quality and compliance
The wax, wick, fragrance and vessel need to be reviewed as one candle system. Agree the burn-test scope before sample approval, including flame behavior, melt-pool development, visible soot, vessel temperature and behavior through the burn cycle. A change to the fragrance, wick or vessel may require another check.
Provide the destination market and any retailer or corporate procurement requirements before the artwork is finalized. Warning text, label language, product identification and the documents required for the selected product are reviewed against that brief. Available documentation must be checked for the actual formula and product version.
Approve the gift-box insert and export-carton packing with the candle. Record units per carton, carton dimensions and gross weight, and identify any delivery-channel packaging test before production.
