A reed diffuser quotation should cover the complete set: bottle, fragrance liquid, reeds, cap, inner plug, label, retail box and export carton. Changing one component can change the MOQ, price and packing method.
Using an existing round or square bottle keeps the first order simpler because the bottle, cap and inner plug already have known specifications. A custom bottle, cap, printed finish or gift box requires separate component checks. Those components may have higher minimums than the filled diffuser itself.
The fragrance material, diffuser base and reeds determine how the product diffuses. The cap, inner plug and bottle neck determine whether it can be sealed and packed safely. The label and box must also fit the final bottle, not an early reference sample. We confirm these points together before production.
Sample development is usually around one week when the bottle, fragrance direction and branding requirements are clear. Production time is confirmed after the number of SKUs, component availability, packaging work and order quantity are known.
