Private label reed diffusers developed for brands
For the simplest route, choose a suitable existing round or square bottle and confirm the fragrance, available color, logo and packaging. This route may start from 200 finished pieces per SKU when the bottle, cap, plug and reeds are available. It does not include changing the bottle shape, neck or molded structure. A new vessel mold or custom component is reviewed separately. Robertet or Firmenich fragrance materials may be used when listed in the quotation.

Current finished-product sizes run from 50 ml to 1,000 ml. The main bottle shapes are round and square. Ask us to check the exact glass color, cap, inner plug, reed and carton for the size and quantity you need.
Square bottle stock range
Square glass formats with coordinated closures and reeds. Color, fill size and current inventory are checked against the requested quantity.
Preserved-flower reed diffusers
The floral inserts are preserved flowers, not fresh flowers. They add a gift-ready decorative finish for boutiques, seasonal collections and event programs.
500 ml hotel and room fragrance spray
This is a separate trigger-spray product. Send the fragrance direction, quantity, label, packing and destination requirement.

What changes the quotation
We list the standard parts and custom parts separately so you can see which choices change the MOQ.
Bottle and components
Discuss bottle shape and capacity, glass color or coating, caps, inner plugs and reed options. Existing components are usually the faster route; fully custom parts need separate feasibility review.
Fragrance direction
Start from a fragrance family, market brief or reference scent. Fragrance, diffuser base and reeds are reviewed as one system rather than three unrelated items.
Branding and packaging
Choose labels, printing, surface decoration, retail boxes, gift sets, inserts and export cartons according to your launch plan and target market.
Performance and Transport Checks
The fragrance, base, reeds and closure must work as one product
A higher fragrance percentage does not automatically produce better diffusion. The final result depends on the full formula and component system.
Fragrance and reed matching
We review the fragrance composition, diffuser base, liquid viscosity, evaporation behavior and the reed material, diameter, length and quantity. The sample may be checked for clarity, separation, discoloration, reed absorption, scent diffusion and consumption rate before the production concentration is confirmed.
Bottle and closure checks
The bottle, inner plug and cap are evaluated as one closure system. We check the bottle neck, plug fit, cap assembly, liquid-contact compatibility and leakage in upright and inverted positions. Parcel shipments may change orientation, so a bottle that stays dry on a table still needs a transport-oriented check.
Project-specific concentration: bottle capacity alone does not determine the fragrance percentage. The confirmed formula is based on the selected fragrance, base, reeds and required market documentation.

500-piece private-label enquiry
A buyer recently asked about 500 private-label diffusers. It remains an enquiry while the specification is being checked. It is not evidence that every 500-piece configuration is feasible.
Completed volume reference
The largest completed production project was 1.15 million bottles in 25 days under its agreed schedule. That result does not set the lead time for a new order.

Private label reed diffuser FAQ
Can I use an existing bottle for my first order?
Yes. A suitable existing bottle may support private label from 200 finished pieces per SKU. You can review available color, logo and packaging options, but the bottle shape, neck and molded structure remain unchanged.
Can you work from a fragrance reference?
Yes. Send the reference together with the market, target customer and desired scent direction. A reference helps the discussion, but the final formula still needs to be reviewed with the selected diffuser base and reeds.
Why does the MOQ change between projects?
A standard bottle with a label is different from a custom-coated bottle, new cap, several fragrances and a fully printed gift box. Each custom component may have its own production minimum.
What information will get me a faster quotation?
Send quantity, number of fragrances, bottle capacity or image, target market, packaging request and delivery date. If a detail is undecided, mark it as open instead of guessing.
