Round bottle stock range
Ready bottle formats for buyers who want to select an existing shape and move directly into fragrance, quantity and packing confirmation.
Choose stock round or square bottles for a faster wholesale route, or develop a custom logo, bottle and packaging program from 3,000 pieces. Fragrance options use fragrance compounds sourced from Firmenich and are matched to the selected diffuser system.
The main stock bottle shapes are round and square, with finished-product sizes from 50 ml to 1,000 ml. Fragrance selections are available across the current scent library; exact bottle, cap, reed and carton availability is confirmed before order acceptance.

Square glass formats with coordinated closures and reeds. Color, fill size and current inventory are checked against the requested quantity.

The floral inserts are preserved flowers, not fresh flowers. They add a gift-ready decorative finish for boutiques, seasonal collections and event programs.

Fine-mist aroma formats are available alongside reed diffusers. Capacity, atomizing format, power requirements and intended use are confirmed by model.

About the fragrance source: the wording “fragrance compounds sourced from Firmenich” describes the material source. It does not imply that Lumen Narrate is an authorized distributor, representative or affiliate of Firmenich.
Every quotation separates the product, branding and packaging decisions so you can see what is standard, what is custom and what may change the MOQ.
Discuss bottle shape and capacity, glass color or coating, caps, inner plugs and reed options. Existing components are usually the faster route; fully custom parts need separate feasibility review.
Start from a fragrance family, market brief or reference scent. Fragrance, diffuser base and reeds are reviewed as one system rather than three unrelated items.
Choose labels, printing, surface decoration, retail boxes, gift sets, inserts and export cartons according to your launch plan and target market.
These images show the working environments used for fragrance review, bottle processing, assembly and packing. Final production arrangements depend on the approved project specification.

Order status matters. We separate confirmed work from projects that are still being evaluated, so buyers are not shown an inquiry as if it were a completed order.
A Spanish buyer has placed an order for 500 reed diffusers. The project is now moving through the confirmed specification and production process.
We are discussing a much larger reed diffuser requirement covering 1.5 million bottles. This project is still in negotiation and is not presented as a confirmed order.
Buyer names, pricing and confidential product details are withheld. Quantities and status are stated only to show the range of current project discussions.

We separate available components from custom development and identify the decisions affecting MOQ.
Confirm the assembled product, fragrance direction, label position, box and packing details.
The approved specification becomes the reference for production, inspection and repeat orders.
For larger-volume projects: component supply, filling, packaging, inspection and shipment planning need to be reviewed together before a dependable schedule or quotation is confirmed.
Yes. An existing bottle with a custom label or box is often the most practical route for a first launch. We confirm availability, cap fit, sealing and decoration options before quotation.
Yes. Send the reference together with the market, target customer and desired scent direction. A reference helps the discussion, but the final formula still needs to be reviewed with the selected diffuser base and reeds.
A standard bottle with a label is different from a custom-coated bottle, new cap, several fragrances and a fully printed gift box. Each custom component may have its own production minimum.
Send quantity, number of fragrances, bottle capacity or image, target market, packaging request and delivery date. If a detail is undecided, mark it as open instead of guessing.
Finished-product formats range from 50 ml to 1,000 ml. The main stock shapes are round and square. Exact color, cap, reed and carton availability is confirmed for the selected size and quantity.
Projects requiring a custom logo, custom-developed bottle or custom packaging start from 3,000 pieces.
Send the target quantity, bottle size or reference, fragrance direction, packaging idea and destination market. We will help separate the confirmed requirements from the choices that still need development.
