Who develops and manufactures your products?
Zhejiang Future Fragrance Technology Co., Ltd. is the manufacturing company behind Lumen Narrate. It supports fragrance development, sampling, manufacturing, quality control, packing, warehousing and factory-audit visits. Lumen Narrate handles international buyer communication, the product brief and project coordination.
For a buyer, that means the quotation, artwork, sample comments and production requirements need to describe the same product. The contracting, invoicing, payment and export entity is confirmed in the documents for each project.
What we can customize for your brand
Fragrance and candle performance
We start with your market, fragrance direction and intended use. A soft scent for a bedroom and a more noticeable fragrance for a larger living space need different sample discussions. Wax, fragrance, wick and vessel are reviewed as a combination; an attractive jar alone does not establish how a candle will burn.
The sample review can cover cold and hot throw, flame, melt pool, visible smoke, vessel temperature and full-burn behavior. Materials, testing scope and available documents are confirmed for the selected product. See the candle manufacturing process for the decisions that connect development and production.
Vessels, decoration and logo placement
We can review existing jars and bottles, available color finishes, custom labels, direct printing and gold foil decoration. The right process depends on the surface. A curved, ribbed or coated vessel needs a feasibility check before a logo position or finish is promised.
An existing-vessel route keeps the shape, neck, capacity and molded structure unchanged. A new shape or structural change requires a separate tooling discussion. For print preparation, editable vector artwork is normally needed; a PNG or JPG can help with a placement preview. Our logo customization guide explains the differences.
Retail boxes and fragrance gift sets
Packaging work includes the visual direction, box structure, insert, artwork placement and protection in transit. We review the box around the actual vessel, lid and product dimensions. A rendering helps a buyer choose a direction; the production dieline supplies the cut, crease, glue, bleed and safe-area information needed to make it.
For a coordinated collection, we can review reed diffusers and room sprays alongside candles. The fragrance system, closure, consumer instructions and packing requirements are confirmed for each format.
A packaging brief turned into a practical sampling route
In an Italian home-fragrance development project documented in our sampling guide, the buyer supplied an initial packaging direction. We prepared four concepts and clarified the visual direction, production-dieline requirements, sampling information and next document steps within two working days.
That example records the development stage. It does not mean physical samples were finished in two days or that a bulk order had been completed. Its value is more specific: the buyer had options to review and a defined route into sampling. Read the sampling and production-planning example.
Our buyer-requested teddy bear candle in a glass display jar is another development reference. A custom shape, display vessel and packaging have to be reviewed together before the final specification is approved. A concept image is a starting point for that work, not proof of a finished production order.
Which development route fits your collection?
The main decision is whether your brand can use an available vessel or needs a different product structure. These are the details we review before confirming the sample scope and quotation.
Private label development routes and the details to confirm| Route | What we can review | What needs separate confirmation |
| Existing vessel | Available jars or bottles, fragrance, label or feasible decoration, and packaging options. | The vessel structure stays unchanged. A suitable route may start from 200 finished pieces per SKU, subject to component availability. |
| New vessel or molded shape | Custom shape, neck, capacity or other structural requirements, with drawings and sample review. | Tooling, trials, component MOQ, cost and timing are quoted for the specific design. |
| Coordinated candle and home fragrance set | Candle, reed diffuser or room spray formats, visual consistency, box and protective insert. | Each product needs its own fragrance system, closure or wick review, approved sample and packing specification. |
For a first collection built around available components, see our first private label candle order guide. For a new product structure, send the dimensions and reference before committing to artwork or a launch date.
Starting a collection and planning larger orders
A suitable existing-vessel private-label project may start from 200 finished pieces per SKU when the required components are available. A change in fragrance, vessel color, decoration or packaging can create a separate SKU. A total of 200 pieces should not be assumed to cover several different finished versions.
New molds, custom components and fully printed boxes have their own tooling, setup and quantity requirements. We identify those separately so a brand can decide where custom development matters most. The MOQ guide covers how the quantities are calculated.
For established brands and wholesale buyers, larger orders also require material allocation, quantity by SKU, packing arrangements, quality checkpoints and a production schedule. Repeat orders use the approved reference; changes to fragrance, artwork or components are reviewed before production. See the bulk candle production guide.
What gets approved before bulk production?
The sample and artwork approval should leave a clear record of the vessel, fill weight, wax, fragrance, wick, decoration, label position, box and export packing. Performance comments belong in that record too. If the product changes later, files, tooling, samples, cost or timing may need to change with it.
Sample timing is confirmed after the main specifications are fixed. Bulk timing depends on component availability, the SKU split, testing, packaging and the production queue. Share your launch date early so these steps can be reviewed before you commit to a delivery plan.
We do not publish client names, logos, designs, fragrance information, prices or order records without clear written permission. That is why our public examples focus on the development work rather than using a customer's brand as an endorsement. Read our client confidentiality approach.
Send a brief we can quote against
You do not need a finished technical specification to start. Send the decisions you have already made and flag what you want help developing:
- Product reference, vessel size and candle fill weight or liquid volume
- Target market, brand positioning and fragrance direction
- Quantity per finished SKU, with fragrance and color splits
- Logo method, artwork status and retail or gift-box requirements
- Destination, requested delivery date and required product documents
We can then review the existing-component options, the work that needs custom development and the sample scope. The quotation sets out the agreed product and commercial terms.
